It works very well. The balls break up the down during washing so it doesn't clump together. The laundry comes out refreshed and fluffier than when I bought it. I use it once a year on down jackets, synthetic down, and down sleeping bags.

Very good for down clothing. Affordable price, especially since the set comes with washing balls. I recommend the product.
