Due to inattention, carrot juice ended up on my shoe recently. Thanks to the Repel product, the drops didn't soak into the material but stayed on the surface. It was enough to gently remove the liquid with a tissue, and there was no need for detailed scrubbing. The product is very good, comparable to the popular Nikwax. As for the cleaner, I haven't used it for any major dirt yet, but for normal use, it seems fine. Very nice pumps spray the product well on the shoe's surface.
