I can't count how many times something like this has come in handy for me. Basically, I have at least one piece everywhere - in backpacks, the car, etc. Very simple to use, works quickly, and greatly improves comfort in difficult moments. I definitely recommend it.
Chemical Warmers Grzejki for the Body - 10 pcs.
Non-toxic composition
The operational principle relies on the iron oxidation process, generating heat when exposed to oxygen. The addition of table salt speeds up this reaction, enabling the warmer to activate instantly once opened. Following usage, safe disposal is assured since all ingredients are non-toxic and non-flammable.
For optimal performance, placement inside gloves or pockets is advised, ensuring uniform heat distribution.
Note!
Refer to the instructions provided on the back of the package before initial use.

They are probably not big enough to really retain body heat. This is more of a product suitable for recreational use. I think the hand variant makes more sense.
-
Super powerful and excellent heater – really great product. I recommend it to anyone whose hands get cold and who likes winter trips. Great product at a good price for such quality.
-
I do not recommend. They heated no more than what I could blow under my sweatshirt myself. Instead, I recommend good thermal wear and fleece. The heaters can only be treated as a decoration. I have no idea why there are so many positive opinions.

Tested in open terrain at -7°C and windy conditions, pleasant warmth as a supplement to warm underwear and a good jacket. After opening, it takes a moment before they start to heat up. They worked flawlessly for 5 hours, more time was not needed.
-
Small but long-lasting chemical warmers. You have to remember to give them air before putting them in a sleeping bag or jacket, etc. At a good price, worth it. I recommend it
-
Small, discreet warmers that actually work for about 8 hours. I stick them on when I go to work and at home just to feel nicely warmed up. The heat is best felt if you press them with your hand, then it's very hot.

For me, a hand warmer is an essential part of my backpack kit on colder days. Not necessarily in the summer, but it also comes in handy, for example, if you get soaked and feel cold. However, in late autumn and winter, it's truly worth having. Several hours of comfort at a small price.

Warmers for the whole body at this price are something you need in your backpack for colder, autumn or winter trips or camping. They work great, light, and reliable.
-
Chemical warmers work really well during winter activities or outdoor work. I recommend buying them; they work flawlessly and last relatively long.
-
The warmers worked 100%. They give a lot of warmth. Combined with a warm T-shirt and fleece, it's extra. Good adhesive, it doesn't peel off during use. I highly recommend :)
-
Super warm and, in my opinion, the best product of this company. They last long and don't come off. The temperature stays fairly constant during use, which translates to comfort and satisfaction. I recommend to anyone who doesn't like being cold.
-
Nice compact warmer at a small price. Thanks to their small size, you can take them anywhere, whether in a waist bag or backpack. Small but increase thermal comfort.
-
Warmers tested at about -2°C. They deliver a bit of pleasant warmth, but as something to keep me from freezing, I’d rather recommend an extra thermal shirt :) I have a few in my backpack and I'm happy when they work. Actual heating time is about 7-8 hours, but by feel the temperature is max 50°C.

Warmers are great. They help on colder days. The declared maximum temperature is 62°C, but while using them I didn't find them to be so hot as to cause discomfort. They're rather pleasantly warm.
