The Alpinus Primalight Pro sleeping bag's temperature ratings are established according to EN 13537 standards:

• T-comfort: +5 deg. C – indicates the lowest temperature at which a woman can maintain a restful and comfortable night’s sleep,
• T-limit: +0 deg. C – specifies the lowest temperature at which a man can spend the night without experiencing discomfort,
• T-extreme: -15 deg. C – defines the minimum temperature at which survival is possible inside the sleeping bag, though this is not intended for routine use.

The insoles are designed to maintain foot warmth, providing essential protection against cooling and frostbite. Simply insert them into your footwear for hours of consistent heat. Featuring a thin and lightweight construction, these insoles do not weigh down your shoes or impede movement. They are suitable for use either on top of or in place of the standard insole.
