• T-comfort: +2 deg. C – represents the lowest temperature at which a woman can maintain a comfortable night's sleep.
• T-limit: -2 deg. C – denotes the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without experiencing discomfort.
• T-extreme: -16 deg. C – indicates the minimum temperature where survival is possible inside the sleeping bag; not recommended for routine use.

The insoles are designed to maintain warmth for your feet, which are especially vulnerable to cold and frostbite. Simply insert them into your footwear for extended heating that can last several hours. The insoles are lightweight and slim, ensuring they do not add extra weight to your shoes or restrict movement. They may be used either on top of existing insoles or as a replacement.
