The pointer works very well. It detects very well, sometimes the detector doesn't pinpoint the exact location of the find, but the carrot (pointer) has no problem. I bought a good battery and it lasts a very long time. The flashlight is also very useful when it gets a bit dark. I recommend the device 100%.

The Pointer features an LED light designed to illuminate the area being scanned. Despite the pinpointer function I have in my detector, this "carrot" really does the job. It detects very well. Gives iron signals from a large distance, colored metals from a shorter one. You can search precisely with the tip or use the side for a larger area. Due to my poor hearing, the vibration is a key signal and it works well. Extra plus for the holster with a belt clip.
