Helikon-Tex MCDU NyCo Rip-Stop Pants - wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland

Designed for comfort and resilience, these pants feature wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage and are part of the MCDU (Modern Combat Duty Uniform) series. Equipped with numerous well-placed pockets, the pants offer optimal functionality for urban environments and remain reliable for a range of outdoor pursuits.

Constructed from NyCo Rip-Stop fabric (50% nylon, 50% cotton), the model boasts excellent abrasion resistance, a lightweight feel, and quicker drying properties compared to garments made entirely of cotton. Elastic panels ensure uninhibited mobility. Additional layers of highly breathable VersaStretch fabric are incorporated at the waist, behind the knees, and in the crotch area.

Designed with twelve functional pockets, these pants offer exceptional storage options:

• two inset hip pockets
• two rear pockets
• two smaller pockets positioned above the cargo pockets
• two spacious front cargo pockets secured with zippers
• two large rear cargo pockets fastened with Velcro
• two zippered pockets located at calf height

Additionally, inside the legs at knee height, there are pockets reinforced with 500D Cordura, allowing for the insertion of low-profile protective pads.

The main closure features a high-quality zipper manufactured by the Japanese brand YKK. Velcro straps are positioned both at the bottom of the legs and at knee level, providing the option to easily adjust leg width. In place of a traditional button, a wide Velcro fastener enables waist adjustment and a personalized fit to accommodate various body types. The pants include 40 mm wide loops, while additional attachment loops below the belt loops offer mounting points for small accessories. Mesh ventilation panels with zippered closures are located along the sides of the legs.

The PL Woodland camouflage by Helikon-Tex is the manufacturer’s designation for a pattern closely resembling the wz. 93 “Panther” currently utilized by the Polish Armed Forces. Featuring irregular patches of black, brown, and green layered over a gray-green base, this pattern provides effective concealment in both open areas and forests across Poland and other regions of Central Europe.
