As always, Helikon offers great quality both in terms of material and workmanship. Regarding use: the pouch is not large, so you cannot expect it to fit all medical equipment. On the other hand, even when completely filled, it does not get in the way when worn on a belt. When I wear it with regular clothes, it doesn’t restrict my movements during daily activities. Inside I put: one combat gauze dressing, one 5" bandage, three pairs of latex gloves, a NRC foil, and a triangular bandage. I can easily fit everything into the two mesh pockets with zippers, which allows me to fully open the pouch and quickly reach what I need without spilling the contents. If you know your equipment well, you can use it even without looking—for example, reaching for it from behind your back on your belt.

At first, I wasn't convinced about the organizer with two "pockets", but now I fully understand this system. The build quality is very good, I'm curious about the waterproofness. So far, without impregnation, light snow didn't do anything. I also use it as a complement to the Helikon Possum waist bag, and it works perfectly this way. The attachment methods, mainly the straps at the back and the cord loop, are good.

Nice first aid kit, thanks to the use of a zippered pocket, nothing falls out when opened. For me, an advantage is the fact that the straps on the back of the kit are permanently sewn in. When getting into the car, other first aid kits attached to the hip bag often came off, which was very irritating—this one can't fall off.
