These aren't my first springs, but I think I'll use these the shortest. After just a week of chest stretching, one of the springs stretched out at the attachment for good. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this product.

Simple to the point of pain, almost primitive, but that's the idea. It allows for basic strength or stretching training without any apps or complicated devices. Great price. Practically indestructible.
-
The springs are definitely too short, which makes, for example, exercising biceps while standing impossible. The handles are made of hard and slippery plastic. I do not recommend it.

Solid workmanship. Old devices are coming back into favor because they are effective in everyday use. I recommend it.
