The EM03 model includes five springs, secured to two ergonomically crafted handles made from robust materials, using hooks. Steel components feature enhanced tensile strength for increased durability.

These aren't my first springs, but I think I'll use these the shortest. After just a week of chest stretching, one of the springs stretched out at the attachment for good. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this product.

The springs are definitely too short, which makes, for example, exercising biceps while standing impossible. The handles are made of hard and slippery plastic. I do not recommend it.
