Sufficient size to organize a workout area, for a barbell or other equipment. Very good quality, so far has worked perfectly.

Perfectly matched blocks, so they don't fall apart during use. It's much more comfortable than exercising on a bare floor, or on a carpet or blanket.

A very nice option for the gym.
