Kit of straps designed for bodyweight training.

Included in the set are training straps with handles and a metal carabiner, a door anchor, and a transport net. The straps are constructed from strong, durable materials to ensure both safety and comfort while exercising. Handles feature a special foam layer to prevent slipping during workouts.

Suspension strap training is suitable for users of all ages and fitness levels. Adjusting the body’s angle to the ground allows for easy control of workout intensity. Straps offer adjustable length to accommodate various exercises and user body types. TX09 straps help improve strength, stability, joint mobility, and overall fitness. Using the straps engages multiple muscle groups at once, including the deep muscles responsible for maintaining posture and stabilizing the body.

Lightweight design allows the set to be easily stored in the included compact carrying bag.

    Decent straps, solid stitching, I’m not afraid that something will snap and I will fall flat on my face—unless a branch breaks ;) Good equipment, no excuses—just get to work! :) I RECOMMEND. As for the shipping speed—at militaria.pl—faster than you can think :)

    Great straps. The set is basic, but contains all the necessary elements. Safe fastenings in the form of carabiners. Comfortable grips. I haven’t had to wash/clean them yet, but there probably won’t be any problems. Worth buying.

    Great straps, you can do a suspension workout without any problems. Great quality for the price. I recommend it to everyone who prefers endurance training and prefers training with their own body weight.

    The first tests went positively. It holds great on the door, cool, thick carabiner for the Allen key (included in the set). The only thing I don't like is that the handles creak on the straps during exercises, but that's a minor flaw.

    The straps are great to use. The difficulty of exercises can be easily adjusted to your needs, and there are no problems with packing. I mounted the straps on a screwed-in pull-up bar. The main carabiner locks with an Allen key. The other 2 straps do not need the Allen key.
