The set is good and cheap. The bands provide decent resistance. If we increase the number of repetitions for each stretching exercise every day, we’ll clearly feel how hard our muscles are working. You can really get tired, and that’s the whole point. The jump rope is great. It has adjustable length. The handles are made of strong plastic. Once the PVC rope wears out, it can easily be replaced, for example, with a suitably long cord, as the rope handles allow for it. The resistance bands can also be swapped for ones that best suit you. I’ll stick with the original ones as long as they last. The set offers a wide range of exercises for all muscle groups. Using this equipment, which is offered at such a ridiculously low price, you can really work up a sweat. It’s definitely worth buying, because this equipment will surely help you provide your body with a solid dose of daily physical activity.
