Great, small and convenient exercise device. The wheel can be folded and stored away. The mat size is enough to comfortably rest your knees. The wheel locks itself, allowing for a comfortable return to the starting position. For me, a big drawback is the way the product is packed, and I am deducting 1 star for that. The box is too short compared to the mat, so the mat is forced in and may get deformed.
