The HE509T-RD collimator features a compact housing crafted from high-grade, robust titanium. Its enclosed construction effectively shields the emitter from potential contamination. Enhanced control buttons make operation straightforward and allow them to be locked, preventing accidental adjustments. The device boasts IP67-rated water resistance, including protection against saltwater. Utilizing the Multi Reticle System, users can select between a traditional 2 MOA dot, a 32 MOA circle, or a combination of both as the aiming reticle. The collimator offers 10 intensity settings as well as 2 NV-compatible levels.
Integrated in the sight, the Solar Failsafe System works in conjunction with a solar cell to directly power the collimator under strong lighting conditions. This technology supports battery performance and helps minimize power consumption. The system also automatically adjusts the reticle’s brightness based on the ambient light for optimal visibility.
An additional energy-saving feature, Shake Awake, automatically puts the device into sleep mode when inactive. Reactivation is as simple as moving the firearm to which the sight is attached.
The collimator incorporates a high-strength lens with advanced multilayer coatings, delivering a clear, bright, parallax-free sight picture.
The optic operates on a CR1632 battery and includes a mounting solution compatible with MOS standard adapters (included) or RMR adapters (available separately).
