The whetstone is great! I was convinced that it would take a lot of sitting and playing with it, but in just a moment I managed to bring my ruined axe back to razor sharpness! Although at first I was a bit surprised that the box seemed slightly wet/soaked – apparently the manufacturer used a lot of grease for the leather on the sheath, which makes it flexible and will probably make it last longer.
The Hultafors sharpener, although the price is quite high, is really worth it. The stylish sheath for the sharpener is made of thick, solid leather. Everything matches the axe, where the cover is also made just as solidly. Next time I'll get the pad as well and it will make a wonderful set. I recommend it, because it’s really worth it.
The stone is very carefully made, handy. A big plus for the cover made of leather. I use the stone to sharpen an axe, although I'm sure it will also work well with knives. Overall, I'm satisfied + it teaches patience during sharpening.

The leather sheath as well as the sharpening stone itself are top quality. You can immediately see it's a premium product and it's worth having on hand, because nobody likes working with a dull axe...

I wasn't 100% convinced about this purchase, mainly because of the price, but the features of this item made it easier to accept. The stone is quite large, but fits well in the hand. It has two grit grades, so you can precisely sharpen an axe or a knife. Its size lets you store it in a bigger pocket or a pouch. Additionally, it's packed in a beautiful leather case. I recommend it!
