A tool engineered for sharpening knives of different sizes and shapes. Ensures precise and secure positioning of the knife within the clamps, enabling seamless rotation without the need for removal. Sharpening is quick, safe, and requires no advanced skills from the operator. The kit also features an electronic protractor and 5 diamond sharpening stones with varying grit levels.

Constructed from steel, the base features a durable layer of high-quality powder coating and incorporates rubber inserts to ensure reliable stability during operation. The guide, with an 8 mm diameter and a surface roughness rating of 0.4 Ra, is crafted from alloy steel known for its exceptional damage resistance. Crafted from 7075 aluminum alloy, the clamps undergo additional heat treatment to enhance overall strength.

The sharpening angle offers full adjustability by moving the hinge assembly up or down along the vertical post. The swivel mechanism utilizes a double-row ball bearing system featuring an integrated axle. Additionally, the design incorporates a built-in hook and a detachable frame, enabling easy inspection of the knife edge by simply loosening two screws, all without having to release it from the clamps.
