Kazak Pro sharpening system - Black

Engineered for sharpening knives of different shapes and dimensions, the device guarantees accurate and secure placement of the blade in the clamps, while providing the ability to rotate the knife without detaching it. Sharpening is efficient, safe, and demands no special expertise from the operator. The set features, among other components, an electronic protractor.

Engineered with a guide bar featuring an 8 mm diameter and a 0.4 Ra surface roughness, crafted from alloy steel renowned for its exceptional resistance to wear. Clamps are constructed from high-strength 7075 aluminium alloy and undergo additional heat treatment to further enhance durability.

Featuring an advanced system for rapid angle adjustment (UBR V.2), the model operates on a foundation of a toothed guide rail. By rotating the knob, the hinged carriage glides along the rail, enabling the user to change the sharpening angle instantly and with precision in a single motion. Outfitted with a built-in hook and a quick-release swivel head frame, the unit makes it possible to inspect the knife’s cutting edge without the need to remove it from the clamps. Locking the rotary mechanism is also available.
