Keen Revel IV High Polar WP Boots - Magnet/Red Carpet

Winter boots in the Magnet colour combine protection from moisture and cold with the grip needed for moving through snow. The model was designed for activity in low temperatures, and the Original Fit provides the toes with more room and freedom of movement.

The waterproof upper made of leather and mesh is equipped with a breathable Keen Dry membrane. Keen Warm insulation made from recycled PET with a grammage of 400 g/m2 and Heat Trapolator three-layer technology help retain warmth underfoot. The whole design is complemented by the Keen Polar Traction outsole with multidirectional 5 mm tread, which supports grip on slippery ground, as well as a cushioned midsole.

The upper is made from high-quality leather sourced from sustainable tanneries associated with LWG (Better Leather), mesh and a durable TPU overlay, which ensures optimal protection and durability. The leather mudguard protects against dirt, while the padded tongue increases comfort on long routes. The original Keen fit used offers ample space in the front part of the foot, allowing the toes to rest freely.

The boots feature a waterproof Keen Dry membrane, which limits water from getting inside the footwear while allowing water vapour to escape. This solution helps maintain a dry microclimate inside the boot during walks and hikes in the rain or on wet trails.

The interior of the boots is fitted with lightweight Keen Warm insulation made from recycled materials with a grammage of 400 g/m2. The material provides additional thermal insulation without excessively increasing the bulk of the construction. The insulation improves comfort during use in colder conditions, making the model well suited to the autumn-winter season and outdoor activity in lower temperatures.

The Keen Polar Traction outsole was designed for better grip on snow. Multidirectional 5 mm lugs support traction on varied terrain. The midsole is made of EVA foam. The material helps absorb shocks generated while walking on hard and uneven ground.

The Thermal Heat Shield insole used in the model captures heat and keeps it inside the boot for as long as possible. The footwear is protected with Eco Anti-Odor technology, which provides natural control of unpleasant odours. The solution helps maintain freshness during intensive use.

A classic lacing system with metal finishing elements is responsible for the fit of the boots. Hooks and eyelets allow precise adjustment of lace tension along the entire length of the upper. A cut-out at the back of the upper makes movement around the Achilles tendon easier and increases comfort.
