The clip significantly improves the use of the multitool, especially if you like to carry it in your pants pocket. For me, it is essential. Unfortunately, for my needs, its bend is a bit too shallow, which makes it hard to slide onto the pocket. When trying to bend it gently to work better, it cracks very easily ;). As for the ring, it's worth knowing that the Wave already has a built-in, somewhat hidden ring, so the additional detachable one seems like just a money grab.

A must-have when carrying a tool. Funny that not all of them come with it included. Maybe it's worth separating the clip and the key ring into separate sets, but overall it's ok.

A bit expensive for a piece of metal, but I don't regret it. I definitely prefer to carry the multitool on a clip than in a pouch. I keep extra bits and an extension in the pouch (unfortunately, everything doesn't fit together - Wave +).

It works perfectly with my Leatherman Wave Plus. Very easy to install/remove. The multitool with the clip fits easily in the leather holster. It's a pity it's not included in the set, but I don't regret the purchase.

In my opinion, a must-have for a multitool. The clip works well, although at first it's very tight and hard to hook; it's best to bend it slightly, but you need to be careful because it can break :/

A very practical and well-made part of the tool. The clip holds the tool well in my pocket. When attached to the lock on the tool, there is very little side-to-side play. It's a shame that the ring and the clip can only be used one at a time.

The clip is pretty nice, greatly improves usability of, for example, the Wave model, which is what I used it on. Quick attach and remove, which is a big plus. I think the clip is worth the money. I recommend it.

Very useful clip - the knife is more securely held in the pouch. As for the lanyard ring, it's unnecessary—on the Charge+ and Wave+ it comes already installed from the factory.

Very nice clip. Installation is simple, no tools needed, you just attach it and it works. I bought it for the Wave+ model. I don't know about other models, but the set also includes a lanyard ring, which is already factory-installed on the Wave+.
