I bought them for Lukas pants by Pentagon, they provide excellent protection against impacts – you can even kneel on stairs or concrete without feeling pain. They also work great on grass or soil. Treating knee injuries can be expensive, and this product is an affordable solution.
Set of internal knee protection inserts designed for placement in trousers. Constructed from flexible EVA foam with a thickness of 8 mm, these inserts safeguard the knee joints during physical tasks.
Four stabilizing "blades" minimize the insert's movement within the trousers. Cross-patterned cuts aid natural knee flexion, while additional perforations enhance ventilation.
Perforated lines allow for convenient trimming of the inserts to ensure a customized fit.

Cheap, comfortable, and easy to trim. They bend easily even when standing, so they don't bulk out the pants too much. I recommend them, especially for people on a limited budget.
-
The foams do their job, comparable to M.O.N. chocolates. They protect your leg from kneeling on stones or glass. They're not phenomenal, and honestly, it's better to buy classic kneepads than to mess with inserts.
-
For someone who doesn't like hard plastic kneepads, this is the ideal solution. But you will have to cut the sides because they are too big for most pants. I wear them with Helikon CPU pants. Other than that, they are comfortable and breathable.

Inserts purchased for 'Texar WZ10 Ripstop Uniform Pants - wz.93' and they fit perfectly. I didn't trim them, just folded the wings inward and they went in perfectly.
-
The inserts are very thick, the sides generally need to be cut down significantly for almost every pair of pants I have, because they are pretty bulky. Ultimately, they do the job, and fortunately, because of their thickness, they are ventilated by the cutouts. They can shift/slide out with these trimmed sides.

The inserts do their job, they fit Helikon brand pants. You can cut them to the needed size. They protect your knees when kneeling on uneven hard surfaces. I am satisfied with the purchase for this price.
-
Thick foam – does its job. The only thing was having to cut off the "ears" so the inserts would fit pants from a different company. Everything else is fine, I recommend the product!!!
-
Appropriate thickness, they don't dig in, don't move, stay securely and stably in the protector pockets in the pants. I cut them to the right size myself, which is a huge advantage, as you can trim them to any desired size. The lightweight EVA foam means they don't absorb water, provide thermal insulation from the ground, and are thin enough that they can be worn in pants all the time without being noticed. I recommend them.

The inserts are quite large, but it's an advantage that they can easily be trimmed proportionally to fit. They are also definitely thicker than the competition. After adjusting, they fit softly with the knees during use, but are still quite visible; maybe cutting off all the protruding stabilizing edges would help. On the plus side, they provide ventilation thanks to the cutouts and your legs do not get as sweaty as with full inserts. They do their job well; cushioning and knee protection are very good.

I didn't expect such large inserts. Their dimensions are 25cm x 24cm. The foam is thick enough. You can cut them to the desired size. They cushion and protect the knees well.
-
Nice inserts. You can adjust them freely by trimming the sides so they fit most pants that have knee pockets for inserts. The foam from which they are made is okay, soft enough but also resistant to stones.
-
For this price, very nice, easy to trim and adjust to most pockets in pants from various manufacturers. Lightweight, they don’t bother me, and after several weeks of use in the forest, there are no major signs of damage.
