M-Tac IFAK Small Elite Gen.II Vertical Medical Pouch - Coyote
Specialized vertical medical pouch crafted for the storage and transport of an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), constructed from highly durable and abrasion-resistant Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron fabric. Comprising two separate components—a main container and an internal organizer—the Generation II variant is equipped with additional MOLLE mounting panels integrated into the pouch’s side walls.
two-part construction, flap with velcro
Constructed from Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron laminate, the pouch offers exceptional durability against abrasion, tearing, and rigorous use in demanding environments.
Secured by a flap with velcro, the system is comprised of an outer pouch attachable to gear, along with a detachable inner organizer designed for medical supplies. Multiple compartments and elastic loops inside ensure efficient organization of contents.
compatibility with MOLLE/PALS system
Designed for compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS system, the pack can be securely fastened to a tactical vest or other gear components. Enhanced with Laser Cut technology, the mounting panel offers greater durability while minimizing the weight of the overall structure. The Gen. II version features additional MOLLE side panels for attaching extra gear, such as a pouch dedicated to a tactical tourniquet or rescue shears.
The modular design enables users to efficiently adapt the configuration of their gear to suit mission requirements and individual preferences.

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
Cordura Squadron is a thick and durable material consisting of a double layer of laminated Cordura (500D and 1000D). The specific fiber structure provides very good mechanical resistance (to abrasions and tears), high water resistance and durability even in extreme conditions. The material is used in the production of clothing, tactical equipment (e.g. MOLLE systems) and outdoor equipment, and is suitable for laser cutting, which allows precise cutting without fraying.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
