Solid, lightweight belt. I use it every day at work. It meets my expectations. My waist is 89cm and size XS/S fits perfectly. I also tried size M/L but it was too big.

Quality belt. I'm 176/87 and took size XL. Believe me, everything is great, it has enough margin that you can use it even if you gain a little weight. The quality of the Velcro is excellent; you have to use some force to remove it. Another plus is that it does not squeeze your abdomen when you sit. It does not interfere with RPS. I would say it's the perfect option for both the military and for people who like to be flexible in time and space. I recommend buying it. P.S. Under standard Armed Forces trousers, the width of the belt itself with a margin fits perfectly. In my case, the trousers are from the P1g Tac Smock brand. Also fits perfectly.

An ideal, inexpensive, and very well-made belt. Made of strong 500d Cordura. The Velcro is also of the highest quality. The fastening is very comfortable and the belt works perfectly as an inner belt, but it also works well on its own since it isn't very stiff.

The size is not correct. My waist is 84 and my pants are 86. Size S of the belt would fit. Unfortunately, the sizing does not match what is declared. With size S I ran out of adjustment, and the belt does not hold up the pants. Narrowing the belt in the front makes no sense and the belt sags because the pressing area is significantly reduced.
