A very good pouch at a decent price. It can be used on a belt or a vest. The tourniquet is well secured, and there's a loop for attaching a marker. The velcro holds firmly and everything fits well. Scissors will also fit. I recommend it.

Medical pouch engineered for easy transport of a tactical tourniquet—specifically, a CAT-type hemostatic compression bandage. Constructed using highly durable, abrasion- and tear-resistant 500D Cordura.
A Velcro fastening allows for rapid deployment of the tourniquet. In generation 5, dual-sided Velcro closure is implemented, facilitating access from either side of the pouch. Such a design enables versatile mounting positions on a vest without restricting accessibility. Attachment utilizes broad elastic webbing—Texcel. Additionally, an elastic loop positioned beside the main compartment securely accommodates a marker.
Fitted with a dual-sided Velcro panel (hook-and-loop), tailored for placement along the edge of a tactical vest’s front panel. This arrangement keeps the tourniquet readily accessible while preserving MOLLE slots and other mounting surfaces on the vest.

Well made, strong Velcro, the tourniquet fits in it well, it's nice that it has a place for something to write with, Velcro on both sides so there’s no fear of losing the tourniquet, and at the same time it's easy to pull out.

The product itself is fine. The double-sided GEN5 fastening gives more possibilities to adapt the mount to your needs. The GH2 grenade fits perfectly. What is not cool, however, is that the photos on the website show the product with woven tapes (not the elastic tape), but the pouch finally arrived with printed tapes. The back 'wall' is not multicam, but coyote. It's a small thing, but still. :/
