A very good pouch at a decent price. It can be used on a belt or a vest. The tourniquet is well secured, and there's a loop for attaching a marker. The velcro holds firmly and everything fits well. Scissors will also fit. I recommend it.

Medical pouch crafted for easy transport of a tactical tourniquet, such as the CAT type hemostatic tourniquet. Constructed from highly durable and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura.
A hook-and-loop closure system enables rapid extraction of the tourniquet stored inside. The fifth generation is equipped with a double-sided hook-and-loop closure, granting access to the tourniquet from either side of the pouch. This design permits the pouch to be mounted in any orientation on a vest, while maintaining unrestricted access. Mounting is secured with wide elastic tape by Texcel. An elastic band adjacent to the main compartment offers space for a marker.
Fitted with a double-sided velcro panel (hook-and-loop), the pouch can be positioned at the edge of the front panel of a tactical vest. This configuration keeps the tourniquet accessible at all times without utilizing additional mounting points on the vest.

A solid pouch that secures the tourniquet against accidental loss, plus a place for a marker – a well-designed product. On the outer side, there is a loop Velcro, and on the underside (facing the pants), a hook.

Well made, strong Velcro, the tourniquet fits in it well, it's nice that it has a place for something to write with, Velcro on both sides so there’s no fear of losing the tourniquet, and at the same time it's easy to pull out.

The product itself is fine. The double-sided GEN5 fastening gives more possibilities to adapt the mount to your needs. The GH2 grenade fits perfectly. What is not cool, however, is that the photos on the website show the product with woven tapes (not the elastic tape), but the pouch finally arrived with printed tapes. The back 'wall' is not multicam, but coyote. It's a small thing, but still. :/
