For me, this is probably the best Magpul stock! It is lightweight, has lots of options for attaching a sling, and Magpul makes butt pads for it. It is super versatile and very comfortable.

Lightweight, robust buttstock engineered for AR-15 platform rifles with a Mil-Spec receiver extension. Constructed from high-impact polymer for enhanced durability.
The CTR buttstock features a detachable, rubberized recoil pad to minimize slipping and includes a generously sized, broad release button. The frame shields the button to avoid unintentional activation and offers secure lock position adjustment.
The buttstock provides tactical sling compatibility in two formats: QD with two integrated quick-detach mounting points, and two elongated slots to accommodate traditional sling straps up to 1.25" (31.75 mm) wide. Side slots enable attachment of a cheek rest.

Manufacturer Magpul USA
Militaria.pl is a premium dealer of Magpul.
Magpul Industries Corporation is an American company founded in 1999 by former USMC sergeant Richard Fitzpatrick. Its name comes from its first product - the MagPul loop, inspired by field solutions that made quick magazine removal easier. The brand gained a reputation thanks to PMAG polymer magazines for AR-15 platforms and STANAG-compatible platforms, known for exceptional durability and reliability even with M855A1 ammunition. Another breakthrough was the M-LOK mounting system, which allows quick accessory attachment and was adopted as a NATO standard. The company built its reputation by focusing on the real needs of shooters, and obtaining a NATO Stock Number for the EMAG opened the way to large-scale military orders.

In my humble opinion, this is the best stock for the AR15. It is lightweight, durable, and you can buy additional covers for it. It has a feature that reduces play.
-
Magpul is Magpul, which means great quality and ergonomics. The stock is very lightweight, looks great, but most importantly, it works well. I recommend it.
-
I got the CTR mainly because the regular "factory" stock always felt a bit loose on the buffer tube and it eventually started to annoy me – here, that problem disappears thanks to the system that literally "clamps" the stock in place so there's no wobbling at all. The color goes great with the rest of my setup, and the rubber buttpad sits solidly against my shoulder. For this price, it's hard to find anything more refined on the market.

Another very good product from Magpul. Well-made and designed stock with an additional lock that eliminates play. Low weight, possibility to add a cheek rest and to change the butt pad. I recommend it.

Comfortable and well-fitted. It's nice that it has a lock and a rubber buttpad. I bought the stock for my Crosman R1 air rifle. It fits and mounting was no problem because the standard one was useless. Let me say that I am very satisfied and recommend buying without hesitation.

The first thing I did after buying my shorty was to swap the stock. This is already another CTR in the family, they're unbeatable :) The ergonomics, weight, and comfort are unmatched.
-
I can only recommend this stock! Recently, I also accidentally found out that there are accessory pads for it, which slightly raise the cheek rest. The stock is great.

If you are looking for a universal, lightweight, and practical stock for your AR15, you've just found it. In my opinion, it's the best you can fit to a universal carbine. I recommend it.

The Magpul CTR Carbine Stock Mil-Spec is a great choice for AR15/M4 users who value reliability and sturdiness. It's perfectly fitted with no play, which translates to shooting stability. Its lightweight, durable construction and length adjustment lock ensure comfort and safety of use. It's great both at the range and in the field.
-
For me, this is the best stock for the AR15 you can currently buy for a universal carbine. It has several sling mounting options, reduces play, and comes in a cool color for making your carbine look interesting :)
-
I'll say this, you won't find a better stock for an AR in this price range :) It's lightweight, very comfortable, and has plenty of mounting points, so everyone will find something that works for them. Additionally, it reduces play on the buffer tube. I recommend it.
-
Definitely the best Magpul stock you can mount on a standard AR. You can easily mount a QD sling or thread it through one of the ports, plus it's lightweight. I definitely recommend it.
-
Once I saw a carbine made in this color with this stock and it really looks good, especially with a short barrel. There's probably no need to introduce the stock itself – it's Magpul's best model.

I have this stock in black, and two of my friends have it in FDE. If anyone is considering it, I recommend grabbing it while they're still making it. The stock is great and extremely versatile.
