How can you not like Magpul when they come up with stuff like this? :) You can configure the grip size so that everyone can find something suitable for themselves. You can't adjust the angle, which is the same as in a milspec A2.

Lightweight, modular MIAD (Mission Adaptable) pistol grip engineered for AR-15/M4 carbines Constructed from robust polymer featuring a non-slip surface. A sealed internal compartment provides storage for small items such as an oil bottle, batteries, or plugs.
Fitted with raised texturing, this grip is compatible with models including Armalite AR-10A/B/T, DPMS LR308, KAC SR25, LaRue OBR, LMT .308 MWS, Palmetto PA10, and S&W M&P10.
Set comes with three interchangeable back straps and two front strap options. The standard setup mirrors the ergonomics of the A1 and A2 models, while the two additional back straps incorporate a beavertail design. The package is also supplied with an oil bottle and mounting screw.
