How can you not like Magpul when they come up with stuff like this? :) You can configure the grip size so that everyone can find something suitable for themselves. You can't adjust the angle, which is the same as in a milspec A2.

Lightweight, modular MIAD (Mission Adaptable) pistol grip engineered for AR-15/M4 rifles. Constructed from robust polymer and features a non-slip surface. The internal sealed compartment is ideal for storing small essentials like an oil bottle, batteries, or plugs.
Grip comes with raised texturing and is compatible with Armalite AR-10A/B/T, DPMS LR308, KAC SR25, LaRue OBR, LMT .308 MWS, Palmetto PA10, and S&W M&P10 models.
Set includes three interchangeable backstraps and two frontstraps. Standard configuration resembles the grip style of A1 and A2 models, while the alternative backstraps come fitted with a beavertail. An oil bottle and mounting screw are also supplied in the set.
