MFH Commander Thermal Jacket - OD Green
A jacket in OD Green designed for use in cold, windy and damp conditions. The construction combines damage-resistant Rip-Stop fabric, lightweight polyester insulation and a range of adjustable elements for adapting the fit to the body shape and the layers of clothing worn.
Protection against moisture is provided by the waterproof finish of the fabric and waterproof external zippers. Sealed seams reduce water penetration through the joining points of the panels, while the quilted lining stabilizes the insulation and supports thermal insulation.
durable Rip-Stop nylon
The outer layer is made of 100% nylon in a Rip-Stop weave. The distinctive weave of reinforcing fibers reduces the risk of small tears getting larger and increases the material's resistance to use. The nylon fabric is lightweight, durable and abrasion-resistant. The smooth surface makes it easier to put the jacket on over an additional layer of clothing.
Insulation and quilted lining
The jacket is equipped with insulation made of 100% polyester. Synthetic fibers retain warmed air and reduce heat loss during use in lower temperatures.
The inside is finished with a quilted lining made of polyester. The stitching stabilizes the filling and limits its movement inside the chambers. Thanks to this, the insulation remains evenly distributed across the body and sleeves.
Protection against wind and moisture
The jacket construction limits the penetration of cold gusts of wind and provides basic protection against precipitation. Waterproofness rated at 5000 mm water column allows the model to be used during light rain, drizzle and snow.
The external zippers are equipped with a waterproof finish, which limits moisture access to the pockets and the inside of the jacket. Additional protection is provided by sealed seams. The materials are made without the use of PFAS compounds.

The jacket is equipped with 6 pockets arranged on the body, sleeve and inner side:
- 2 hip pockets fastened with zippers - lined with fleece on one side, allowing hand warming,
- 1 shoulder pocket - fastened with a zipper,
- 1 mesh pocket fastened with a zipper - located on the inside, intended for storing documents, a phone or small accessories.
Closable pockets protect the contents from falling out during movement. Their placement allows equipment to be separated according to the way it is used and provides quick access to the most needed items.
two-way zipper, adjustment
The front closure consists of a two-way zipper. The ability to unzip from the top and bottom allows ventilation to be adjusted and makes it easier to access equipment carried on the belt. The zipper is equipped with a chin guard.
The sleeve cuffs are adjusted with velcro fastenings. Their width can be adapted to the wrists, gloves and the layers of clothing worn under the jacket. At the bottom there is an elastic drawstring with stoppers. It allows the circumference of the bottom edge to be adjusted to the body shape and reduces drafts.
Collar with hidden hood
The high collar is finished with fleece, which improves comfort in contact with the neck and increases insulation in the upper part of the jacket. Inside the collar there is a hidden, adjustable hood. It can be taken out when additional protection against rain and wind is needed.
A drawstring with stopper allows the hood circumference to be adjusted to the head and limits its shifting during movement. The collar is also equipped with stopper adjustment. It allows its circumference to be adjusted and reduces the inflow of cold air from above.
velcro panels for patches
Velcro panels are placed on the upper part of the sleeves (velcro) measuring approx. 9 x 9 cm. They allow patches, emblems and identification markings to be attached.
