Rather stiff straps. However, the flip-flops are not bad; just use a very sharp knife (to avoid fraying the foam) to trim them and they’re ready. In reality, the colors are more vivid than in the photos.

One advantage is the weight - when the wind blows and they are not on your feet, they can fly away. But for me, the material is too stiff and hard, which holds the foot tightly. To fit them (at least in my pair), you need to trim them from the toe side rather than along the numbered lines.
