This cauldron is a real pot in which you can actually prepare everything. It works well on a campfire as well as at home. I bake bread in it and I must admit it works excellently for that.

Durable cast iron pot with a lid, designed for use over an open flame as well as in household ovens. Notable for outstanding resistance to mechanical damage and excellent heat distribution.
Both the pot and the lid feature legs, enabling placement directly on the fire and allowing the lid to serve as a pan.
A galvanized bail facilitates easy transport and hanging the pot above the fire. The specially designed groove on the pot and lid edges accommodates a food thermometer.

When the pot appeared on sale, I didn't hesitate for long. Very carefully made. According to the manufacturer, it is pre-seasoned, but I believe that this process should definitely be done thoroughly by yourself.

A piece of solid cast iron. Very heavy and sturdy. The capacity is quite large. Another advantage is that the lid can also be used as a frying pan. An ideal pot for a campfire.
