Unfortunately, I received a product with a defect – the right sleeve was sewn incorrectly, making it unusable. It's frustrating that there is clearly a lack of proper quality control and inspection of goods before shipment. The return and refund process went smoothly, but it was necessary to generate the code for the package yourself and deliver it to the point along with the QR code. A better solution would be a ready-to-print return form to attach to the package. Unfortunately, my first purchase at this store turned out to be unsatisfactory.
