At first I had a problem with the insert going out, but I found a way to solve it. After lighting the charcoal, leave the heater open for a few minutes and let the charcoal ignite for about 2 cm in length. When you start to feel less heat, it's worth opening the heater again from time to time for a moment, so the charcoals get air and glow more. One insert is enough for about 5-6 hours of heating for me. I recommend it.

The inserts ignite easily and their smell is not irritating so it doesn't bother, they actually burn for about 5 hours, but they can get so hot that I have to take the heater out of my pocket because it almost burns.

For me, it's average, half of the inserts went out before fully burning, I will look for a more reliable solution.

You have to light it properly, a jet lighter comes in handy.
