To be honest, I haven't used my scarf yet because I bought it in winter, but I can't wait for the hot summer. I know it will definitely come in handy when fishing in full sun and will serve its purpose.

The scarf is small, lightweight, and fantastic. When folded, it takes up as much space as a small pack of tissues. When moistened, it cools nicely. It also protects the neck well from UV radiation. Worth having in your backpack.

The cooling effect is indeed noticeable and definitely improves comfort in hot weather. Personally, I would prefer to pay more if the scarf were twice as long. Then it could be tied like a desert scarf and the cooling effect would be better.

Tested at home conditions (21-22°C), noticeably cools. We’ll see how long it stays moist (and thus cooling) in summer. Useful thing for little money — a good alternative for summer. + for UV protection

Light, compact. Well made. Cools well but was not tested during heatwaves.

I tried the scarf during this year's heatwaves. I must admit it cools well. Although compared to cooling towels, it performs a bit worse. I think the reason is the higher fabric weight of the towel, so it absorbs more water and the cooling effect lasts longer. The scarf, on the other hand, has a more mesh-like appearance and works for a shorter time, but it is much lighter to carry, which is its great advantage. Overall, I recommend the scarf more for outdoor activities with frequent access to water.
