The first aid kit is very nice, it easily fits a full set of equipment, is solidly made, and the overall design is successful. The tear-off system works very well—the kit holds firmly with Velcro, but when you need to pull it off, there are no major problems. Access to the interior is also well thought out. In this case, the kit also comes with equipment, which is decent, although a few things need to be bought or replaced (for example, the scissors, which definitely won't be able to cut clothes).
Comprehensive tear-away IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) crafted from robust polyester with a waterproof PVC coating. All components are supplied by Leina-Werke GmbH.
The first aid pouch features a quick-access opening mechanism utilizing Velcro and dual zippers. Laser-cut slots on the front enable attachment of additional gear. Rear straps compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system facilitate secure mounting on belts, tactical vests, backpacks, or other gear. Velcro panels (hook and loop) provide space for attaching emblems such as national flags, unit symbols, or Morale Patches.
A red transport handle enhances visibility for swift identification during emergencies.

My first first aid kit. Solid way of attachment to your gear and easy to access when needed. Opens quickly. The contents are very basic but there's a lot of space for additional accessories. I hope to carry it for a long time and never have to use it.
-
A cool compact first aid kit for a tactical belt. The contents are quite simple and I would treat this set rather as "to be supplemented" for yourself. Nevertheless, it's a good base for a nice range first aid kit. Tear-off strap for quick opening, Velcro – basically everything you need! I recommend.
-
Small first aid kit for minor injuries at a very good price. Fully equipped for first aid and treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The kit is thoughtfully designed and solidly made. Absolutely should not be treated as a trauma kit for life-threatening injuries. I recommend the product and the store.
-
The first aid kit, considering the contents, is at a quite attractive price. The workmanship is of fairly good quality, but it's worth noting the size – it is a small first aid kit after all.

I carry it every day with my backpack, very handy, quick to detach and attach. Very well made. The kit contains everything needed in a basic first aid kit. I had a chance to use it once when my friend injured his leg during maneuvers. Everything went smoothly and very efficiently thanks to the Velcro release. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.
-
A fairly spacious first aid kit. On the back, it has a removable MOLLE fastening system that can be attached to a large panel or mounted on body armor, a belt, or a backpack. Inside, it has quite a few compartments for storing essentials and medical supplies. I recommend it.

Purchased as a supplement to a proper IFAK, and it works well in that role. As for a proper IFAK, there wouldn't be enough space here, but as a first aid kit mainly for dressings, it's OK.
-
Very convenient in terms of removal, opening, and it's fast. The material is nice, you can feel that it's not only good for 3-4 uses. The straps for the MOLLE system are stiff, with something like rubber between the layers of fabric. Out of the drawbacks: in my opinion, not many mounts, but for everything that is used to stop bleeding, it fits just right, and again, the mechanism is super. You shouldn't add more than two 100ml bottles there, otherwise it becomes like a soccer ball. There are no mounts on the side walls, so I had to attach something long to those two elastic bands and stuff it to the sides.

It's actually quite well-equipped for this price; I personally added some of my own items to it. Definitely a yes from me.
