I was looking for a simple outdoor knife that wouldn't cost a fortune, and the choice was pretty obvious. The iconic, extremely durable Swedish Mora—sharp as hell, fits great in your hand, looks good, and the sheath does its job: the blade sits in it very securely and doesn't fall out.

The knife is light, with a strong, sharp blade. It doesn't stand out as much as, say, a Rambo knife or other similar blades. It's just right for bushcraft or other outdoor expeditions. Plus, the sheath with belt attachment is a bonus.
-
Very lightweight, secure grip. You can’t make fire with it (rounded back), but you can cut anything. Plus size – it fits in "standard" pants pockets and thereby beats the Glock 78 for EDC.

This is the seventh Mora model I’ve used. Very solid, used for the toughest jobs. The grip is very secure, and the thickness of the blade gives a lot of confidence. The grip is ergonomic, doesn’t slip. Mora is like the Toyota of knives. Seemingly nothing special, boring, predictable, complainers complain, but it always works well, never lets you down, and gives confidence. I recommend it to those who are unsure. It’s better to have four tried-and-tested Mora knives you can use endlessly than one pampered knife from a much more expensive brand, especially since the Swedish steel is very high quality. I recommend it. It’s worth having a spare for when you don’t want to use something much more expensive. Whatever you can come up with, whatever your fantasy, it’s not easy to damage it.

The Mora Companion Heavy Duty Black is a sturdy knife made of stainless steel, ideal for heavy jobs. Comfortable handle and great blade quality make it a reliable choice for outdoor enthusiasts. I recommend it!

An absolute classic. Cheap, strong knife that’s so ugly it’s actually beautiful. Used without mercy in various terrains. The edge holds sharpness well, but that also depends on the job. Occasionally, just sharpen it with a whetstone. The thickened blade immediately shows the potential of this knife. The stainless version is easier to maintain. The perfect tool for people looking for a knife that won’t have it easy.

After Kansbol, this is my second Mora. It's half the price, but I have the impression that it is a bit more robust, besides, the grip is super comfortable. In my opinion, the blade is a bit narrow, but it makes up for it with its sharpness and compact size. I never go to the forest without it, I definitely recommend it.
-
Not much to say. The best knife. Much better than many more expensive ones. Perfect for the woods, for preparing things at camp, for cooking, etc.
-
Mora is always good and reliable, I recommend it to anyone who is hesitating, especially the HD version. This knife is universal and versatile, it's worth having at least one. I recommend it.

This is already the second Mora in my family besides mine; I ordered it for my brother, who is very happy with it. I myself switched from a Glock 78 to the same (but army green) Mora, and in my opinion it's probably the best thing you can get as a standard camping-bushcraft knife. Secure grip even in the rain, very easy to sharpen and holds an edge quite long, been abused at campfires for years and nothing happens to it, and the grind and handle really do the job because it's really pleasant to work with on wood as well as to use as an eating knife.
-
Fantastic knife. I’ve already managed to cut myself with it. I filed the back near the handle flat with a file and the knife produces sparks excellently. The sparks are thick and strong. Everything ignites quickly.

You don't need to recommend this brand, quality at the highest level, great knife, I recommend it.
-
Cheap, good, and handy knife. Ideal for various outings, worth recommending.
-
Considering the price to quality ratio, this is an absolutely fantastic knife. Factory-sharp as a razor. The blade's thickness and length are decent enough that you don't need to worry about doing various jobs with it... as long as you know what kind of knife it is. I chose stainless steel because I'm not planning to take it to a deserted island, and the fact that I'll need to sharpen it a little more often than the carbon version doesn't matter when you consider the comfort of not worrying about moisture.

It keeps its sharpness perfectly for the price, this Mora is first class.
