Mora knives, or Swedish Mora knives, are versatile outdoor tools that work well in the hands of, among others, hikers, fishermen, bushcrafters and many others interested in the outdoors. Mora knives are modeled after traditional Finnish Puukko knives, which were used by the people of Lapland. Puukko were intended to serve as useful tools for everyday chores - a mora knife fits perfectly into a similar range of uses.

Mora knives often use C100 carbon steel, which has high strength and is not brittle despite being hardened to high hardness. An additional advantage is that this steel sharpens more easily than stainless steel. Mora is also a stainless steel that holds its sharpness for a long time, with the fact that it does not require as much cleaning and maintenance as an added advantage over carbon steel. In addition, Mora knives come with both wood and plastic handles.

There are a lot of different models of Mora knives, such as Mora Miki knife, Mora Safe, Mora Basic 511, Mora Classic 612 and many others. Each user can easily find a piece that will fit his individual needs. The multitude of available models of mora knives means that everyone will be pleased with the multitude of choices. These tools will work well both in the kitchen and while camping or fishing. There are also models designed for woodworking. Mora knives meet all of the objectives that scout fins should have.
