Long fillet knife featuring a blade thickness of 1.9 mm, crafted from Swedish, cold-rolled steel 12C27, known for excellent corrosion resistance and reliable mechanical edge retention. The blade is hardened to 56.5 HRC for optimal performance.
The ergonomically shaped, non-slip handle is constructed from TPE material, which does not conduct heat or cold, ensuring comfortable handling of the knife in any environment and throughout all seasons.
A durable plastic sheath, attachable to a belt, enables convenient carrying and secure storage. The special ribbed structure is designed to prevent water accumulation and allows for easy cleaning.
