Olight Arkfeld UV Flashlight Black - 1000 lumens
A rugged, compact EDC (Every Day Carry) flashlight designed for everyday use, featuring an efficient Cool White LED and advanced TIR optics (lens/collimator) for a powerful 1000 lumens light output and a maximum beam distance of 85 m. Enhanced versatility is provided by an integrated UV light mode delivering 580 mW of power.
Aluminum body, IPX7 waterproof rating
Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum A6061-T6 with a Type III hard anodized black finish, the flashlight complies with the IPX7 water resistance rating (capable of withstanding submersion in water for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter) in accordance with ANSI standards.
Control electronics
At the core of the flashlight lies sophisticated electronics that regulate the current supplied to the LED. This ensures the flashlight operates at a consistent brightness in the selected mode right up until the battery is fully discharged. An integrated electronic system safeguards the LED from overheating in the highest mode by automatically reducing the current and stabilizing the output to 300 lumens after 4 minutes. Mode switching and memory of the last used setting are also managed by the advanced electronic system.
Ultraviolet light
The flashlight features a UV mode delivering 580 mW of power and operating at a wavelength of 365 nm. Ultraviolet illumination enables verification of banknote authenticity as well as watermarked documents. Additionally, it aids in detecting fluorescent elements not visible to the naked eye.
Integrated 1050 mAh battery
Powered by a built-in lithium-polymer battery with a 1050 mAh capacity, the flashlight can be recharged using the magnetic Olight USB MCC 1A charger (included). Indicator LEDs beneath the switch show the current battery level.
The battery comes with a one-year warranty.

The price isn't small, but the package in the Militaria envelope does the job, and inside the packaging is wonderful and SHE. Great light, strong UV (maybe even too strong), the laser is ok. The clip is interesting. There's a minor drawback. The individual charging system. I understand the idea, but it's a pity you have to carry an extra cable with you.

I also had concerns about whether a flashlight of this shape would sit comfortably in my pocket, but it's really fine. Light, strong, I often take it with me. It has UV which is useful, for example, in a hotel. It’s better to use than a round one. I recommend it.

I was a bit worried about this flashlight in terms of how it would feel in the hand and sit in the pocket, because I always used small AAs loose in the pocket. The Arkfeld turned out to be not as big as I thought and is very comfortable to carry and use - the light it gives is sufficient for my needs, and UV is a great addition - I recommend it because it's really a pleasant lamp - build quality and charger are very good.
