Intended for adults, recreational exercisers, and athletes aiming for muscle mass development and engaged in very intense or prolonged physical exertion leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.
Recommended daily portion and preparation method: 1-3 servings per day between meals or approx. 1 hour before and after training. Dissolve 1 serving (100 g = 2 scoops) in 170 ml of water.
