As much as I like the Pentagon brand, I do not recommend these shoes, at least not for longer walks. The fact is, they are really comfortable, lightweight, and look very nice, and they do not let water through either. However, my feet sweat terribly in them; although I generally do not have a problem with sweaty feet, in these shoes my feet are wet after two hours of simply sitting in them. I was quite disappointed in this respect; at this price, this should not be a problem.

Hydroguard is a flexible polyurethane membrane that, thanks to its microscopic pores, provides high water and wind resistance, and is also breathable. The special structure of the pores does not allow water droplets to get inside, but efficiently carries away the water vapor formed from the moisture that forms inside to the outside.

Great boots tested in the terrain of Georgia, reliable, comfortable; whatever I bought from the Pentagon series, I was not disappointed, and that is why I can recommend them to everyone with a clear conscience.

Great boots tested in the terrain of Georgia; comfortable, functional, reliable. Pentagon is a company whose every product I’ve bought has satisfied me, and these boots are fantastic—just look at how they look after the trek. I recommend them.

Another purchase of Pentagon brand shoes by me; in reality they are even nicer, comfortable, and they will look great with the rest of my Pentagon wardrobe. I recommend these great shoes at a reasonable price.

Light, agile, and very comfortable tactical boots with a medium-height upper, which are perfect for dry and hot conditions. They combine the features of a sturdy military boot with the dynamics and lightness of sports footwear.

I used them for almost four months—then the membrane cracked, not just near the toes but in other places as well, so the waterproofing is gone. Additionally, the lace loops wore out. Overall, it's a shame the designer didn't think through where the shoe bends the most, because that's exactly where the membrane failed. Now I have shoes only for dry summer days...

This is my second pair. The first one gave up after seven years. Excellent shoes. Their only weakness is the loops holding the laces that tend to break. But the cobbler handled it perfectly - he sewed on ones that are impossible to tear.
-
The shoes got soaked after a walk in the woods. The walk wasn't even long, just 3km. I've had the shoes for 3 months, and already in the first month they started to chafe, and now this serious soaking as well.

I bought these shoes for my husband for work. He is satisfied with them – the soft insole provides comfort and the foot is well supported, but there is no feeling of stiffness. The material protects against both wind and moisture, and the reinforced toe protects against injuries.
-
The shoes are very comfortable and well made. They provide solid foot support and stability, even during prolonged walking. Size 46 is perfect for me, and the fit of the shoes is flawless. High-quality materials and the sole guarantee excellent grip. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase, especially for tactical activities or outdoor use.

Pentagon is a brand that really surprises me – they offer products of exceptional quality. The shoes provide great stability for the foot while walking, are well made, and look fantastic.

The shoes are solid and well-made. They're comfortable for long walks and don't tire the feet. I use them daily and outdoors. The waterproofing works, and the sole has good traction.

I bought my first pair of these shoes in TAN color in January 2023, and they are still in great condition. This time, I went for black. Overall, the shoes are very comfortable, durable, and warm. They are great to walk in. You just need to take proper care of them, and they will last a long time. I definitely recommend them.

On the plus side - they are solid and despite their rather massive appearance 'in real life,' they are lightweight and don't tire out your feet during longer walks. I didn't apply any extra waterproof spray on the fabric, just treated the eco-leather inserts with good shoe wax, and the boots handle winter, snow, and slush without any problem (end of 2025/26). I also happened to step into quite a big puddle of melted snow, and they didn't leak. Big plus for the soles too—you really have to try hard to slip. Although, fair warning, they don't work miracles on ice. On the downside - the lacing system. Who came up with an eyelet instead of a hook at the end??? You can lace them up quickly without constantly threading the laces, but if you're in a hurry and it's dark, some harsh words might slip out. The second downside is the sizing. I thought my feet were pretty average—I usually wear a size 41, so I ordered 42 to leave space for thicker socks in winter. This approach worked with other brands. In the case of Pentagon, size 42 turned out to be too tight, even with thin socks! I exchanged them for 43, and it was perfect. Maybe it's because the toe boxes are quite narrow, but I don't have flippers for feet, just normal ones. I recommend paying attention to this, because the toe boxes are tough and you shouldn't count on them stretching out over time. Overall, I recommend these boots—great for the forest, everyday wear, and the city. Comfortable, resistant to variable weather conditions, and so far, they've never gotten soaked. They've looked brand new since I bought them; you just need to take a bit of care. They look awesome with any combat pants. For summer, I recommend lighter colors.

The shoes are above all very visually appealing. The color is very light – but they go well with pants like the WZ93. The size matches the sizes of my other shoes. They look solid and made of good materials. They are comfortable to walk in. They grip wet and frozen ground well. I am not disappointed with the purchase, on the contrary, I highly recommend them.
