Very good pouch for a first aid kit. The size is perfect for me. Sturdy material, seems tear-resistant. The zippers work smoothly, it fits everything I wanted. Personally, I recommend it.

Compact rip-away first aid kit crafted from robust Aspen 500D fabric, featuring reinforced stitching and premium webbing, Velcro, and buckles to ensure long-lasting durability.
Equipped with a bidirectional zipper that opens all the way to the base, the kit enables rapid and straightforward access to the entire interior.
Efficient organization of medical supplies is provided by elastic bands and a slim, mesh compartment. The inclusion of a Velcro panel on the rear allows for immediate detachment of the kit from a pack or backpack, eliminating the need for removal.
The front panel incorporates a low-profile, flat compartment secured with Velcro, along with a small Velcro area ideal for a moral patch.

Great first aid kit, small, perfect for a belt, but still very spacious. It easily fits everything needed for first-line use, well-made and looks very nice. I recommend it.

Everything is ok, but the Molle attachment is too weak for me because when you try to tear the first aid kit off the Velcro, the Molle comes undone, which is quite annoying. However, the kit doesn't detach by itself while running, jumping, etc. There are a lot of straps, but in my case some things move around, so a couple of extra straps for securing items would be useful. Still, everything fits inside.

Spacious and nice, but the Molle attachment leaves much to be desired, it comes undone. I recommend mounting the whole thing with a strap and buckle to save yourself some nerves.

Nice, fairly large first aid kit, the IFAK fits without any problems. I only see two small shortcomings: 1) No good place for a tourniquet (outside) 2) No drainage hole.
