Very good pouch for a first aid kit. The size is perfect for me. Sturdy material, seems tear-resistant. The zippers work smoothly, it fits everything I wanted. Personally, I recommend it.

MultiCam Camouflage
MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage pattern, introduced in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in partnership with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Designed to deliver a versatile solution suitable for various terrains and shifting environmental conditions, MultiCam features a seven-color palette. Its unique blend of greens, browns, and beiges produces soft gradient transitions, enabling seamless adaptation to different surroundings—showing greener tones in wooded landscapes and adopting browns and beiges in arid or autumnal areas. The pattern excels in Central and Eastern Europe during the fall and amidst dried foliage. Recognized worldwide, MultiCam is deployed by numerous military and special operations units. The US Army officially adopted this camouflage in 2010 for personnel in Afghanistan, replacing the former Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Popularity has extended to civilian markets, making MultiCam a preferred pattern among military enthusiasts and airsoft players alike.

Great first aid kit, small, perfect for a belt, but still very spacious. It easily fits everything needed for first-line use, well-made and looks very nice. I recommend it.
-
Everything is ok, but the Molle attachment is too weak for me because when you try to tear the first aid kit off the Velcro, the Molle comes undone, which is quite annoying. However, the kit doesn't detach by itself while running, jumping, etc. There are a lot of straps, but in my case some things move around, so a couple of extra straps for securing items would be useful. Still, everything fits inside.
-
Spacious and nice, but the Molle attachment leaves much to be desired, it comes undone. I recommend mounting the whole thing with a strap and buckle to save yourself some nerves.
-
It's comfortable to wear on a belt. Overall, I like it and recommend it.
-
Handy first aid kit with compartments, good quality workmanship.
-
Functional, good stitching, the velcro is also fine
-
Small first aid kit ideal as an IFAK, it can fit a loooooot of equipment
-
Nice, fairly large first aid kit, the IFAK fits without any problems. I only see two small shortcomings: 1) No good place for a tourniquet (outside) 2) No drainage hole.
-
Good first aid kit, spacious.
