The Plate Carrier tactical vest is constructed from hydrophobic Aspen 500D fabric. The Stagedon model is distinguished by its exceptionally lightweight design while still offering fully enclosed ballistic plate compartments. The plate pockets utilize a consistent material, while the remaining components are produced using laser-cut technology, ensuring a significant weight reduction and contributing to a low-profile silhouette.

The front panel features elastic shockcord slots that secure 3 magazines in 5.56 caliber. An elastic cummerbund equipped with MOLLE system webbing ensures modularity. Thick, ergonomic comfort pads on the shoulders provide added cushioning, offering comfort during extended wear and under heavy loads.
