Pulsar Digex X940S IR illuminator
Infrared illuminator designed for Pulsar Digex night vision sights. The rugged housing provides shock resistance up to 6,000 J. The wavelength is 940 nm, making the beam nearly invisible to humans and animals and more difficult to detect by Generation I and I+ analog night vision devices.
durable housing
The illuminator housing is made of metal and durable plastic, allowing it to be used in temperatures ranging from -25 to +50 deg. Celsius. The illuminator is equipped with a simple clamp mount for a 30 mm tube that allows for tilt adjustment. The design is shock-resistant up to 6,000 J.
independent power system
The light features an independent power supply system based on an APS2 battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh (included in the set). The battery provides up to 7 hours of continuous operation. This model is also compatible with the APS3 battery, which has a capacity of 3200 mAh.

Pulsar, part of the European Yukon Group, is a brand of thermal imaging and day/night digital optics based in Lithuania. It was founded in 1991 by a group of enthusiasts who assembled their first devices in a basement, and today employs over 1200 people and operates in more than 70 countries. All Pulsar products are manufactured in Europe, and the brand has become famous for innovations such as digital sights with a one-shot zero function for quick zeroing, and Dual-Purpose solutions that combine the functions of a monocular and a sight. Its modernity is also emphasized by the Stream Vision 2 app, which allows devices to be connected to smartphones via Wi-Fi for remote control, image transfer, and software updates. In 2005, Yukon Group was the first company to introduce digital night vision sights to the civilian market, initiating a new era of accessible optoelectronics. In 2012, the first mass-produced thermal imaging monocular for civilians, the Quantum, was released, followed in 2019 by the compact Axion XM30, capable of detecting a human silhouette from a distance of 1350 meters in complete darkness.
