Reximex Daystar 5.5 mm Air Rifle - Black
The PCP air rifle features a side lever action, a threaded barrel, recoil compensator, adjustable trigger shoe, and cheek rest. Powered by compressed air from a 260cc aluminum cylinder positioned beneath the barrel, the model allows for easy pressure monitoring thanks to a built-in pressure gauge that displays tank status. Capable of firing pellets at velocities reaching approximately 290 m/s.
Polymer body, mounting rails and rubber adjustable footplate
The air rifle features a lightweight and robust body crafted from damage-resistant polymer. This model comes equipped with mounting points for attaching a carry belt as well as a height-adjustable Monte Carlo-type cheek pad. The ergonomically designed cheek pad enhances aiming comfort, and the fluting on the pistol grip ensures a firm and stable hold on the air rifle while also offering a decorative accent. The stock is completed with a rubber butt plate to absorb recoil energy, providing both vertical and fore/aft adjustment options.
A Picatinny mounting rail is included, allowing for the installation of any optical sight. The air rifle additionally supports the secure attachment of the supplied 22 mm rail beneath the barrel.
Threaded barrel with a length of 580 mm
Outfitted with a precision threaded barrel measuring 580 mm in length, the model features a 1/2” UNF thread for easy installation of an external sound suppressor.
Adjustable trigger mechanism with convenient fuse, Side Lever
Equipped with a trigger mechanism featuring adjustable hardness and an adjustable-angle trigger tongue, the model can be tailored to meet personal preferences. Positioned above the trigger, a manual, slide-type safety ensures secure operation and prevents accidental discharge. For swift and convenient reloading, the Side Lever is situated on the right side of the receiver chamber.
2 rotary magazines with a capacity of 12 pellets
Supplied with 2 rotating magazines, the air rifle accommodates 12 pellets in 5.5 mm caliber. A side lever action not only cocks the “hammer” but also advances the magazine and chambers a fresh pellet. For shooters seeking enhanced precision, a Single Shot Tray is included, minimizing the risk of pellet deformation from the magazine’s mechanism.
