Salewa Tognazza Polarlite Fleece - Black Out
Light zip-up fleece sweatshirt with a hood in Black Out colour, intended to be worn on its own or as an insulating layer under a jacket. The model will work well for trekking, trips, outdoor activities and everyday use on cooler days. The sweatshirt is made of breathable Polarlite polyester microfibre, has a grammage of 270 g/m2 and is equipped with two side pockets with zippers. It stands out for its low weight, good compression after packing, high soft collar, anatomical hood and flat seams that improve wearing comfort.
Breathable Polarlite fabric
The sweatshirt is made of 100% polyester, using durable and breathable Polarlite microfibre. The material has a dense construction, thanks to which it provides good thermal insulation at a lower weight than traditional thicker fleeces. The fabric efficiently wicks moisture away, dries quickly and compresses well, so the sweatshirt can be easily packed into a backpack. The fabric structure provides mechanical two-way stretch (2-way stretch), which improves range of motion and increases comfort during use.
2 roomy pockets
On the sides of the sweatshirt there are two practical pockets with zippers. They allow you to warm your hands on cooler days and safely carry small items such as keys, a phone or small accessories. The zip fastening reduces the risk of the contents accidentally falling out during walking or activity in the field.
Anatomical hood and high collar
The sweatshirt has an anatomically cut hood with stretch trim, which fits the head well and helps reduce heat loss. The high soft collar shields the neck from the cold and increases comfort in windy conditions. Elastic cuffs stabilize the sleeves and limit cold air from getting under the fabric. A specially designed shoulder cut and flat seams improve freedom of movement, which matters during walking and carrying a backpack.
