Savotta Valjas Slim Belt Pad - M05 Finnish Woodland Camo

Modular sleeve in M05 Finnish Woodland Camo camo serving as a universal platform for carrying essential gear conveniently. It is made from 500D Cordura and polyester, and its outer surface is equipped with holes for mounting accouterment in the PALS system. The sleeve is compatible with belts up to 50 mm wide.

The model is made from 500D Cordura, which is highly resistant to abrasions, tears, and intensive use. This material also provides hydrophobic properties, reducing moisture absorption and enhancing durability in harsh environmental conditions. The mesh lining made from 100% polyester prevents discomfort, even when using rigid pouches and under high load. The materials used also meet NIR (Near Infrared) requirements, meaning limited visibility in the infrared range.

PALS mounting system

The design allows proper adjustment of the belt to the user's silhouette. A PALS mounting system is placed on the rear, allowing for secure attachment of additional accessories. The ergonomic shape of the belt ensures comfortable use in combination with a tactical vest. The design facilitates gear retrieval and limits belt movement.

M05 camo

Camo M05 (Finnish M05 Maastokuvio) is a family of pixel camo patterns introduced to the Finnish Defence Forces in 2005 as a successor to the M91 pattern. It was developed based on digital analysis of photographs of Finnish forests, taken during different seasons by the Finnish Forest Research Institute. The M05 family includes several variations, including woodland, snow, and cold weather.

The main woodland version M05 consists of patches in light green, dark green, brown, and dark graphite colors, effectively reproducing the structure of Finnish forests. Due to similar vegetation and terrain conditions, the M05 Woodland camo is also effective in forests of Central and Eastern Europe, providing effective concealment in natural surroundings.

    The sleeve is made of very solid and wear-resistant materials. The construction is light and slim, which does not restrict movement and at the same time significantly improves comfort when wearing the belt under load. The padding is appropriately stiff and provides good insulation from the hard edges of the equipment. The whole piece is characterized by high-quality finish and precise stitching, which guarantees durability in tough conditions. A very good element for expanding the load-bearing system. Savotta brand? You know it's going to be very good gear. I recommend checking out other gear from Savotta that fits the belt.
