Temperature specifications for the Fjord Nansen Svalbard sleeping bag are established according to EN 13537 standards:

- T-limit: -1 deg. C – indicates the minimum temperature at which a male sleeper can endure a full night without experiencing discomfort,
- T-extreme: -13 deg. C – defines the survival temperature in the sleeping bag; use under such extreme conditions is not advised for regular sleeping.
