The knife got a second life, it's as sharp as a razor. The sharpener has its drawbacks, such as plates that are too thin, and the angle guides can get in the way when you don't use them. The sharpener can slide around despite the rubber feet. But the sharpening plates are brilliant, and it's a good product for beginners or those who can't sharpen knives. Despite its flaws, I recommend it :)

The whetstone meets my expectations. Sharpening kitchen knives is very good and effective, but I find it more useful for sharpening tools, often unusual ones, that I use for DIY work. Precise scrapers and chisels finished at the '1000' grit work as they should. I recommend it!

It's hard for me to compare it to whetstones because I haven't used those yet. For my needs, it meets my expectations. The base holds well to the surface. The only thing that could be improved is to widen the sharpening stone's surface. Delivery was on time.
