Sharpi Sharpening Stone Set - 200/360/600/1000/1500

Set of five sharpening plates designed for the Sharpi sharpening system. They can also be used in systems from other manufacturers, such as Ruixin, Apex, Kazak. They are characterized by durability and high efficiency, allowing for quick and precise sharpening of knives, much more effectively than traditional water stones. The set includes four diamond plates and a ceramic stone. A plastic case, allowing safe storage of the stones, is included.

The abrasive material consists of synthetic diamond applied to a steel plate and ceramic. The body is made of metal. The stones can be used with sharpening oil, water, or without coolant.

Gradations 200 and 360 are for sharpening a very dull edge or re-profiling the cutting edge. Gradations 600 and 1000 are intended for regular sharpening of slightly dull knives, giving them optimal working sharpness. Ceramic stone with a 1500 gradation is used for final polishing, giving the blade smoothness and ultimate sharpness.
